The challenge
A launch is the moment a brand stops being a plan and starts being a presence. For a biobased cleaning brand entering a sceptical category, the launch had to do more than introduce products. It had to make the brand’s sustainability commitment feel real to consumers, retail partners, media and the environmental community.
Green claims in FMCG are closely watched, and rightly so. The launch needed to earn trust, not by talking louder, but by surrounding the brand with real environmental partners and real endorsement.
The strategy
We approached the launch as three pieces of work, all serving one goal: turning a brand entry into a moment people could believe in.
We planned the launch from the ground up: the rundown, the flow of the day, and the moments designed for each audience in the room. The brand story had space, the sustainability message had weight without preaching, and partners had real moments rather than passive seating.
Stage and environment design, presentation materials, video content and on-screen assets, all in the same brand world as the packaging, retail and refill stations. Every surface, from invitations to signage, felt part of one brand.
We brought WWF Malaysia into the launch as a partner: not a logo on a sponsor wall, but a visible, credible voice in the room.

The outcome
ReadyCare Signature introduced itself alongside WWF Malaysia, the kind of credibility most brands in this category spend years trying to earn.
The launch gave media a real story, gave retail and trade partners a moment to be part of, and gave consumers a reason to trust the biobased claim before they picked up a bottle. The momentum carried into later campaigns, Plastic Reborn and Bottomless Refills.
