The challenge
After building ReadyCare Signature’s brand across product, retail, digital and refill stations, the next step was to make it something people could walk into: an experience store and a launch event that introduced the brand to consumers directly.
For a biobased cleaning brand, that matters. Consumers are sceptical of green claims, and rightly so. The fastest way to earn trust is to let people see, hold, smell and use the product in a space that quietly shows what the brand stands for.
The strategy
We approached the store the way we approached every other part of the ReadyCare Signature brand: as part of one brand world, not a standalone event.
A physical extension of the brand, matching the packaging, the website and the refill stations. Materials, colours, signage and flow told the same story: clean, calm and considered, with the product at the centre. The space also did practical work, letting people handle and try products naturally and reading clearly in a busy launch crowd.
The launch turned the store into a moment. We designed the opening flow, the brand presence and the visitor journey, covering the experience from the first impression to the final handshake.

The outcome
The launch gave ReadyCare Signature its first major moment in physical space: a direct meeting between the brand and the people it was built for.
Visitors who walked into the store walked out understanding the biobased story in a way no label can explain. The launch also produced content and photography that keep working long after the event.
